Quick Patch is a thin fluid that can fix extremely fine cracks, or may be mixed with sand to repair large cracks. chips, pops, spalling, pavement divots, missing concrete portions, and more.

QuickPatch’s Basic Waterproofing System
Products
Permaflex is a one-part, thick liquid rubber coating designed as a high-adhesion primer and topcoat.
It applies like paint but cures into a durable, flexible rubber layer that permanently bonds to concrete,
wood, steel, masonry, and similar building materials. It penetrates deeply into the surface, creating
microscopic channels that lock in adhesion and improve long-term flexibility. Suitable for priming,
sealing, waterproofing, and finishing interior or exterior areas.
Coverage: about 240 sq ft per gallon on concrete or wood, 300 sq ft per gallon on steel.
Available sizes: 1-quart can, 1-gallon pail, 5-gallon pail.
Limitations: not recommended as a topcoat in chlorine pool areas, do not thin with water
or alcohol-based solvents, not for temperatures above 250°F, and works best with roller, brush, or
high-volume sprayers.
LRB is a single-component liquid rubber that cures completely throughout its thickness in under 4 hours,
forming a solid, flexible rubber compound similar in toughness to a truck tire (approx. Shore A 65,
600% elongation). It bonds to itself for seamless work between new and previous applications.
LRB is used for filling cracks, joints, holes, divots, and damaged concrete areas, and can also be
mixed with sand for reinforcement.
Key advantages: cures fully in under 4 hours, activates with tap water,and bonds permanently
to Permaflex, and is ideal for heavy-duty indoor or outdoor waterproofing and repair work.
TAV is a blue, paste-type additive used only with LRB to increase thickness for vertical, angled,
or overhead areas. LRB mixed with up to 33% TAV becomes a heavy, adhesive, caulk-like material that
stays in place without sagging.
Best uses: filling large wall cracks, sealing joints, rebuilding concrete edges,
and overhead or vertical repairs.
The mixture can be applied using mortar bags, zip-loc bags, or trowels for efficient bulk application.
